Here it is, your moment of zen
Apr. 21st, 2005 07:19 pmLast time I had my car serviced, the mechanic said that the tires were getting just within the "yellow zone" for wear, and I should get them replaced soon. Just got home today from going out in my mother's car and looked at the tires--one of them is flat!
The free roadside assistance guy is on his way (since I've never changed a tire in my life) and we're going to find out what happened to the tire. If it went flat from wear, we should be getting it replaced for free because the tires are under warranty--36 months or 60 000 kilometres (just under 38 000 miles for non-metric types), whichever occurs first. Since I haven't driven that far, and haven't even had the car for two years, it's still covered.
