Today was even hotter. My hands were so sweaty they were wrinkled, not surprising since I have to wear two pairs of gloves. I was hot, dry-throated, and both of the people I work with complained of dizziness.

Labour Board will be receiving a call on Monday...

Called my grandfather, a former union boss, for advice. He said there's no rule for heat in a factory, so I'm just going to quit. The place is also drying my hands out--I have red and dry skin on my hands where the gloves cover, and my supervisor complained because our break was over (it wasn't!) and we had to go back. Plus someone who works there got fired because he could only do regular shift, not overtime because he has arthritis in his knee. They told him his job was no longer necessary, but hired two people to replace him!
