Got new glasses yesterday. They're silver with oval-shaped lenses. Had to get a second set of lenses done after the first didn't have anti-glare coating on them--it was like I was looking through glasses covered in fingerprints. I got my sunglasses re-lensed as well. Cost about 400 dollars total, after the coupon and multiple-pair discount. Fortunately, insurance will be covering one of the pairs.

Got all my reading done for the week, which means I have today and tomorrow to work on my first project before I have to start my reading all over again on the weekend. Yay.

I've got class in about half an hour. Talking about Henry VIII. Should be interesting--a lot more interesting than my afternoon classes, at least!

It's cold today, and it's probably going to rain again, like it did in the night.

Can I go home yet?

They have the courses for the next semester ready to browse. The course I've wanted to take for ages, the Colonial Americas, is at the same time as the lecture for the course I HAVE TO take if I want to get a passing grade for the entire year. Either I don't take Colonial Americas, or I don't take History of the English Language.

I'm hopefully taking History of the English Language. There's no way I'm passing that one up.
