You have to love government-funded TV commercials. The current one shows people touching different surfaces in a chain (the first person touches a second surface, touched by the next person, etc) until we get to the final point: it's easy to be infected with the flu, so get a flu shot.

Now, I'm just an average Canadian taxpayer, but there's an easier way to at least slow down the spread of the flu without getting a shot: WASH YOUR DAMN HANDS!!!!!
