Note to self
Dec. 10th, 2007 12:19 pmNever buy Christmas cards with glitter again!
Put out a small fire a few minutes ago. I was looking at my class schedule and noticed that the second-year course I signed up for, which I thought was an online course, was in fact an in-class course. Normally this wouldn't have been a disaster, except that the class takes place right in the middle of a three-hour class I already signed up for that I really really need! Thankfully, I was able to drop that course and sign up for a real distance education course, "The Emergence of Modern Germany: 1871-1990." Not that the sign-up website was any help; it kept crashing and telling me 'maximum number of sessions exceeded.' That site is always upgraded to meet last year's capacity, though.
So, pretty much all my bases are covered except for my exam on Friday.
