It's been an odd week
Aug. 12th, 2010 10:41 pmLast Friday I had a doctor's appointment because of some respiratory issues I've been having. Turns out my lungs are fine, so my doctor suggested a new round of allergy testing to replace the tests I had when I was five or six and filled out a referral form. Then, since I was there, she suggested I have a tetanus and diphtheria booster, which made my left shoulder sore for the next four days. You go in for respiratory issues and get an inoculation booster; I think my doctor's starting to lose it.
Today my mother gets a call from the doctor's office since they still have the home number on file: my allergy testing has been scheduled for November (wait times for non-essentials are a bit long up here) with--who else--but the doctor who did my first round of allergy testing twenty years ago! He's retired now, but still does allergy testing now and then. Small world!
Watching repeats of Home Improvement right now. I'm convinced the show only ended because they ran out of ways to hide Wilson's face.
