Jan. 15th, 2011 05:13 pmToronto radio station FM102.1 The Edge did the unthinkable according to some. They gave airtime to a representative of that good old "God hates everybody" organization, the Westboro Baptist Church.
People are up in arms over this decision, saying that they are in some way promoting what these freaks have to say. I disagree, and so do many others, for one good reason: what better way to make them look like the idiots they are than by letting them talk?
We don't need to destroy them; they can do the job just fine on their own.
