Two steps forward and one step back on the cat front. Buster seems to be doing okay since his last vet appointment, but Tabs (Brandon) got himself into a bit of trouble last week by getting a deep scratch on his left eye. He got pills and eye drops, and he's doing much better now, but he'll always have a tiny patch on his eye from the wound.

Unfortunately, Pepper is starting to show her age more. She insists on using the floor instead of the litter box, no matter how we position them. She always goes around to the back or goes in front to do her thing. She has a checkup coming up soon, and if she's in a bad way, she'll be the next casualty. It's not surprising, considering she's about seventeen years old. Still stinks, though.
