An idea for Pennsylvania Power and Light

I wonder if the powers that be in the electric generation world in Pennsylvania have considered building a geothermal power plant in Centralia. If they did, it would either be the cleanest coal-fired power plant in the world or the most polluting geothermal power plant in the world.
