Wow, I've had a boring life!

Now THAT was weird...

I just had a thought about something unimportant that I got nervous about, and suddenly my entire body started shaking violently, especially my legs. I had to get into a sort of duck and cover position to keep from shaking, and even now my legs still feel a bit jelly-like.

What was that?!
