#$%^@#$ Pepper!

She may be a decade and a half old, but Pepper is one damn good hunter. Last week she walked into my room with a dead chimpunk dangling from her mouth. She even managed to pierce the place where it keeps all its seeds. I went into my room a few minutes ago, and she had a dying mouse with twitching hind legs on the mat my desk chair rolls on.

At least hers are dead; TigerLily's always run around half the house when she brings them in...
