...until we see the annual flyover of the bright yellow North American Harvard training planes from the Warplane Museum in Hamilton. It happens every year, and, on more than one occasion, we missed it because we didn't know it was coming until the first passover. Now, we wait for it because we know it's coming. As soon as we hear that distintcive sound, we rush out to the back yard to see them.

This year, they flew over four times, which surprised me. Usually we get once or twice, and we miss the first one. They released smoke each time, with only one plane releasing smoke on the last flyover and symbolically peeling off from the other three. Not a bad tribute!
