Bon Jovi channelling Bob Dylan?

I'm watching the Grammies (an unusual thing for me, since I rarely listen to music written after I was born) and Bon Jovi performed one of their songs, "Who Says You Can't Go Home." The not structure sounds almost identical to Bob Dylan's "Positively 4th Street" to my ears.

I can tell you right now which I'd rather listen to. He may be impossible to understand at times (my mother calls him 'The Mumbler') but Dylan's one of a kind!
