I love Spybot Search and Destroy

Web usage in our house has gone up quite a bit recently, and since I couldn't explain where it was coming from, I figured it must be spyware phoning home. But I scanned my computer and my mother's computer, and they were both clean. So the only place left was my father's computer. He told me there couldn't be spyware because he only went to a couple sites, and they didn't have ads, and that he did a scan every night (MS Anti-Spyware). So I did a scan with Spybot, and it found ten spyware programs. He didn't know where they came from because of his only a couple sites he went to.

Internet usage here went down by two thirds that day XD

Even though he visits "a few" he's not that clear on what he content of the sites are. ;) ;)

Nah; checked his history file--it's clean.

But he's been visiting newsgroups a lot ;)
