Got a place!

540 a month, it's a short distance from the Lake Ontario coast in Port Credit, and (*pings scottrell001 and lowen_kind right behind the back yard is GO Transit's Lakeshore West line. There are GO trains and VIA trains going by all day long!

It is, but it was pretty good when you consider the least expensive rent was 450 dollars a month. Still have to buy a couple pieces of furniture, though.
