As my title suggests, I had what is known as a full rich day.

It started in the morning. I got up a bit later than usual since I'd been up until 1:30 in the morning finishing my project (which ended up being a total of 18 pages). I got to Proposal Development class late, but it wasn't that big a deal since the prof was waiting for half the class to show up. Since the project was due in the afternoon class, she took the hint and started without them.

The afternoon class, Fundraising, saw me hand in my assignment, sit through a class on privacy and ethics, and get back the previous related assignments, worth 90 and 95% respectively. I decided to celebrate my accomplishments with a shopping trip in downtown Toronto. Got a new hat to replace one I lost yesterday (especially necessary since winter's starting to make its presence known) and two CDs - Raphael Saadiq's "The Way I See It" and the "Greatest Hits" of Al Stewart.

After shopping, I had dinner and got on the subway for home. Changed from the Yonge to the Bloor-Danforth line at Bloor-Yonge station, and, as I watched the train enter, I clung for dear life to the pillar I was leaning against. I do this because a few years back, our subway jumpers had a habit of taking somebody with them, and this at least reduces the chance that they'll have something to grab. As I did this, I thought "Wow, I'm glad I'm not in front of that."

Turns out I was part psychic.

Boarded the train, doors closed, then promptly reopened. After a few minutes, an announcement came over the PA system telling us that the train was out of service due to an injury to a passenger involving the train. From the sound of things, somebody was leaning over the platform and got winged as the train came into the station. Rather than wait for them to resolve the issue, I got back on the Yonge line and took the train back in the direction I came. It's a U-shaped subway line, so it got me where I was going, just in a longer period of time. Probably wasted my time, but at least I was moving and not standing on a platform waiting for news.

When I got home, I played three rounds of poker with my roommates. Lost the first round of games, miraculously won the second, then threw it all back in the third. Ah, well; that's life.

We've stepped up Operation: Tabs. My mother's sent a sob story letter to the Cambridge Times to guilt anyone who's keeping him for themselves to send him back. Hopefully, if that's the case, somebody will bite.

I'm probably going to sleep like the dead tonight.
