In this year's re-enactment of the Battle of Trafalgar, instead of having ships representing the British and French/Spanish fleets, they will have "Red fleet" and "Blue fleet." This is to prevent offending the French and Spanish, who were on the losing side.

Since when did the British care about offending the French?!

This one's annoying because it's history. History says that the English defeated the French, although an article in a Paris journal declared a French victory. They should be able to take their lumps and move on. It was 200 years ago! It's not as if they're trying to blow each other up now!
