Decisions, decisions...

I'm stuck on what to write for my Canadian history essay. I've got it narrowed down to three choices--the Fur Trade and the War of 1812, but don't know which to do. Any suggestions?

Also, as I've said before, I'm starting to plan my Christmas card list early since some of my LJ friends are overseas and it takes longer for cards to get there. Would anybody be interested in a card from me? If you don't observe Christmas, I can easily send non-denominational cards or cards for your chosen holiday instead. Let me know! :)
