'cause Canadians don't have enough reasons to hate the Bush administration...

The US defence secretary Robert Gates says that their NATO allies are doing a sucky job in Afghanistan, but wants them to stay anyway. Nice. If you ask me, if the US wants something done right, they should do it themselves. Let them fight their own damn war instead of using Canadian soldiers as bomb fodder and targets for poorly informed F-16 pilots stoned on government-issue pep pills.
If you ask me, we've been doing a pretty good job considering the conditions our poorly-supplied troops are putting up with.
